Win a pair of tickets to Punk Rock Bowling: The Prom Edition with Forbidden Dimension

The folks at the Major Minor Music Project have given us two sets of tickets to their fantastic event this Saturday and we want you to have them.

Punk rock bowling?

With a prom theme?

With so cool they’re (un)dead, veteran Calgary garage ghouls Forbidden Dimension? For the cause of the city’s all-ages scene?

What? You’re going to this, right? Of course you’re going to this. Do you want to go to this?

We can help.

Our amazing friends at the Major Minor Music Project have given us two pairs of tickets to give away to their Punk Rock Bowling Party Prom Edition taking place Saturday, June 3 at Paradise Lanes (3411 17 Ave. S.E.)

Unknown Object

It should be a blast, with music provided by Forbidden D, the Real Sickies, Class Action, the Special Edisons, Trashed Ambulance, Slut Prophet and Chained by Mind, as well as costume prizes, a photo booth and (please don’t spike, because it’s a kid-friendly event) bowls of punch.

For a chance to win, read our interview with Forbidden Dimension frontman Jackson Phibes and tell us, on the Facebook posting of this contest, the name of the band’s new album.

We’ll pick two winners from those with the correct answer and let them know by Saturday noon.

Good luck!

Oh, and if you don’t win, please think about going anyway, as it’s a great organization, a great event, and a great cause.
