Win tickets to WiL at Wildhorse Saloon or Punk Rock Bowling on Saturday

We’ve got tickets to give away to both shows on the second last day of Stampede. Enter to win!

One last Stampede blowout? Or something for the whole family?

Those are you choices.

Through some more kindness from our friends at the Concorde Entertainment Group and the Major Minor Music Project we have pairs of tickets to give away to a pair of shows this Saturday night that you’re gonna wanna get.

The first is former Calgary musician WiL’s hometown show at the Wildhorse Saloon Stampede tent in the heart of the city. He breaks strings, he is spectacular, remember to breathe. OK?

The second show is an all-ages event at Paradise Lanes on 17th Ave. S.E — 3411 17th Ave. S.E. to be exact — featuring music from Edmonton acts Worst Days Down and Vibes, Lethbridge’s Fox Eyes and local faves the River Jacks, Miesha & the Spanks, the RIngwalds, Potato Rocket and Flashback. As the promo says, “Cowboys hats and plaid welcome, Mohawks encouraged!” There’s prizes, free cotton candy and blacklight bowling.

Another quick turnaround, so, again, we’re making it easy. Just go to our Facebook page, maybe give us a like, and comment under this post telling us which tickets you want. Cool? Cool, cool, cool. We’ll let the winners know by direct message by 2 p.m. on Saturday, so make sure you’re good to go and ready for a good time.

Oh, and caveat: Both shows are licensed so, yes, you can consume there. Only problem with the WiL one is that minors ain’t allowed, so be 18 if that’s the one you want.

Good luck and tell your friends!
