Back to the Future leads Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Tom “Biff” Wilson to reunite at 2018 Calgary Expo

Great Scott!

They’re really going all the way Back to the Future at this year’s Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo.

Having already announced that the Alberta-born star of the hit franchise, Michael J. “Marty McFly” Fox, will be making an appearance at the 2018 Calgary Expo — taking place this year April 26-29 at Stampede Park — organizers have revealed today that joining Fox will be the other leads from the Future films, including Christopher Lloyd (Doc Brown), Lea Thompson (Lorraine McFly), and Tom Wilson (Biff). (Sadly no Crispin Glover. Sigh.)

All of them will reunite onstage for a special event taking place on Friday, April 27.

Tickets for this event are sold separately from Calgary Expo admission, and are available now on a special pre-sale basis from www.calgaryexpo.com. Tickets for the general public go on sale Thursday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. Here are the special ticketing packages available for the Back to the Future event.

• General Admission: $20 (general seating)

• Silver Tickets: $79 (priority seating)

• Gold Tickets: $189 (first priority seating)

• Back to the Future Special: $1,099 (limited quantities), which includes an exclusive collectible badge, first priority seating, one in-person autograph from Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Tom Wilson on an item of your choice and one photo op with the entire cast.

Along with the special evening, the stars will also make appearances throughout the entire weekend, save for Fox, whose only other event will be on the Saturday.

Already this year’s Calgary Expo, the 13th annual, is shaping up to be one of the best. The Back to the Future cast joins previously announced stars such as last week’s blockbuster guest Jeff Goldblum and prior to that Megan Follows, Jason Momoa, Anthony Daniels, Lou Ferrigno, Catherine Tate, Khary Payton and creator Jim Lee.

Tickets are available now from calgaryexpo.com, and pre-ordered photo ops with some of the guests will go on sale soon.
