Yes, it’s because we care. But mainly, it’s because we have so many friends and partners in Calgary’s arts community who support us and whom we love to support.
That includes the good folks at local live music staple Broken City, who are celebrating 15 years of awesome this weekend with several great nights of excellent rock along with some superb roll.
The first night, Thursday, Nov. 7, features a stacked and stellar lineup that includes B.C. band The Wild! along with locals Crooked Spies, As Above and Mademoiselle.
