Talk and brunch with Body Break health experts and University of Calgary Kinesiology professor.

Start your morning with a healthy dose of activity with the iconic Canadian health experts Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod (who you likely remember from their Body Break health and wellness TV spots in the 1990s). You’ll also learn how you can use wearable technology to create lasting health habits from renowned University of Calgary Kinesiology professor Dr. Reed Ferber, PhD. Bring your best (indoor) running shoes and get moving — Fitbits will be awarded to some of our most eager participants. The event takes place at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 at the Jack Simpson Gym (Kinesiology Building)
