What’s in common?

Fibre artist Pat Tarr and painter Carmen Bellingham join together for this unique show. Both have studios at Burns Visual Arts Society in Calgary and have been exploring the often surprising influences between their different art practices. How is it that working independently and at the same time, Carmen and Pat discover that their finished works are so similar in aesthetics, colours, textures and form?

They joke that their artworks seem to have private conversations between the walls of their studios. Maybe they do. Come and find out for yourself.
