S. Pellegrino presents 6th Annual Plate Swap

Six top chefs from across Canada will interpret each other’s signature dishes at the 6^th annualPlate Swap, presented by S. Pellegrino. Hosted at Model Milk, Plate Swap has fed over 75,000 children thus far via the Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids.

This year brings an all-Canadian lineup of chefs representing some of the nation’s most celebrated restaurants. The following chefs will be participating this year:

Rounding out the list of homegrown talents is the evening’s host, celebrity chef Matty Matheson. Known for his bold and outspoken personality, the star of Vice’s Keep It Canada, Dead Set on Life and It’s Suppertime is often hailed as a game-changer in the culinary community. He has served as executive chef at Toronto’s Parts and Labour.
