Thanks for continuing to carry Gwynne Dyer’s work. I was moved to respond to a recent letter to the editor “No excuse for terrorism.” Luckily Dyer addressed my concerns with clarity and much more expertise a few pages later.
Weekly news publications are a fantastic medium to escape the flashpoint bleeding-edge stories that garner hype fear and lose perspective of the complexity inherent in our world. And of course they are obviously a great medium for local arts and culture too.
Great job on a high-quality independent free publication.
