With over $600 million invested in residential revitalization the East Village area is expected to have 1500 condo and townhouse opportunities for Calgarians to choose from. Two of the first areas that will be available to buyers are River’s Edge and Parkside which will be available for purchase in March and for moving in by early 2014. There will be a balanced mix of uses demographics and affordability to ensure there is something for everyone. Community services shops and cultural destinations will be woven in to ensure feasibility.

East Village will also feature narrow walkable streets with street-level stores and residences. Unique restaurants cute shops and character merchants will make the community the place to eat shop visit and live.
