Frank Eyck Memorial Lecture in German History with Dr. Konrad Jarausch

Exploring Germany’s path after re-unification in 1991 Dr Jarausch’s talk Consequences of Unification will take stock of the social economic cultural and political dimensions of the merger between East and West Germany. The resulting balance sheet is neither triumphalist nor hypercritical but rather an effort to establish what worked and what did not. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the lecture will start at 7 pm.
