Eminent Swedish gardener and author Peter Korn will speak at the Calgary Rock & Alpine Garden Society on "Steppe and Meadow in Nature and Garden". Steppe plants are adapted to hotter dryer locations and extend our season of interest after the alpines are finished blooming. Peter’s extensive nursery near Gothenburg Sweden has thousands of the world’s wildflowers growing in environments he has crafted to resemble their native habitats.
