Michael Green
One Yellow Rabbit theatre and the family of Michael Green are inviting people to join them in celebrating his life today Monday February 16 at 2 p.m. at the Jack Singer Concert Hall (Arts Commons). A reception will follow.
Green co-founder and co-artistic director of One Yellow Rabbit founder and curator of the annual High Performance Rodeo artistic producer of the Making Treaty 7 project and creative director of Calgary 2012 was a leader in the arts community. He died in a multi-vehicle accident near Regina on Tuesday February 10 along with First Nations filmmaker teacher and elder Narcisse Blood of Alberta and Saskatchewan artists Michele Sereda and Lacy Morin-Desjarlais.
