Things are starting to heat up in the city — literally and figuratively.
Rage Against the Machine have just announced a world tour that will bring them to Calgary for a May 5 Saddledome show.
Tickets for the local Public Announcement Tour date are $125 (plus service charges) and will go on sale Thursday, Feb. 13 from ticketmaster.ca.
It will be the first tour for the pioneering rap-rock act since 2011, and it will feature opening act Run the Jewels featuring El-P and rapper Killer Mike.
