FOONYAP presents: ba:zel with Hello Moth, Selci, and Feverfew

FOONYAP presents a thrilling bill of soundscapers, including headliners ba:zel from Prague, Czech Republic. ba:zel are the electroacoustic love child of Daniel Vlček and Ewelina Chiu. Ewelina traverses vocals, soprano flute, keyboard, and midi pedal, while Daniel plays bass guitar, beats, and synths. The result is a precarious balance between startling fragility and massively dark undertones, post-grime beats and neo-classicalthat’s been referred to as “frosty minimalism” (BeeHype) and “nightmare electro-pop” (AlterEcho).

The evening will include opening performances from haunting one-man orchestra Hello Moth, electro-pop act Seci and leftfield-classical unit Feverfew.
