Called a “laconic living treasure of American Blues, Ragtime and Old Timey music”, Roy Book Binder is a true troubadour of old style blues. Book Binder has the licks, and the mystery of timeless music in his fingers and is known for his slide arrangements and original compositions as much as he’s known for his storytelling and dry wit.

Rambling around the blues world for the last 45 years, Roy Book Binder has toured with Arthur Big Boy Crudup, Hot Tuna, JJ Cale, and Bonnie Raitt, and called Rev. Gary Davis and Robert Lockwood friends. But don’t take our word for it – join us to experience it first-hand through his old timey blues.
