Yes. And yes.
Both of those will be available to enjoy in abundance (but responsibly) at the Rocky Mountain Wine and Food Festival taking place Friday, Oct. 12 and Saturday, Oct. 13 in the BMO Centre at Stampede Park.
What is it? What can you expect?
How about offerings from more than 40 area restaurants, and more than 350 wines from 20 different countries, as well as 291 beers.
More specific? OK, we’ll let organizers of the two-decade-plus annual event give you a little, er, taste:
“From sweet treats by Cōchu Chocolatier and Sweet Tooth Ice Cream to Mini Lobster Rolls from Red Plate, Butternut Squash Ravioli from Cactus Club Café, Raw Oysters from Rodney’s Oyster House, Pumpkin Pie with Maple Bourbon Cream from Starbelly Open Kitchen + Lounge, pizza from PZA Parlour, Beef Tenderloin from Saltlik – and new to the event, Midtown Kitchen & Bar who will be serving up Pork Belly Sliders and Steak Tartare, and Two Penny Restaurant and Bar who will be plating Scallion Pancake Rolls with Braised Beef, there’s something for everyone during the event.”
So. Yum.
